Why should you refer colleagues?
Referring friends and colleagues is a great way to help them find the right job, to provide a good supply of doctors to the NHS… And to boost your income!
Get £500 if you refer one of the following:
- Consultant – Emergency Medicine
- Consultant – Dermatology
- Consultant – Care of the Elderly
- Consultant – Radiology
- Middle Grade – Emergency Medicine
Get £250 if you refer one of the following:
- Consultant – Any specialty other than those listed above
- Middle Grade – Any specialty (excl. emergency medicine)
If the doctor you refer registers with Anaesthetists Agency and finds a permanent job through us, you will receive your reward once they complete three months in their new position.
How will I be paid?
You will receive £500 or £250 in Lifestyle Vouchers from us.
These can be redeemed at over 150 retail and leisure brands.
Sorry, we are legally unable to pay rewards in cash.
Are there any limits?
No! You can refer any number of colleagues, and we pay at least £250 for each one who registers and works at least three months of their permanent position. It's a great way to help your colleagues find great work, ensure a good supply of doctors to the NHS... and boost your income!
