Our Loyalty Appraisal Bonus is specially designed to acknowledge and reward the commitment and partnership of our locum doctors who regularly work through us.

This is our way of saying thank you for making us your agency of choice, while actively supporting your continuous professional development.

​Reach the ‘Qualifying Hours’ within a 12-month period and, when your annual appraisal is due, we’ll cover the cost.

To claim your loyalty appraisal bonus, you must:

  • Book through one of our approved appraisers
  • Be connected to us as your designated body at the time booking

Qualifying Hours
Consultants & GPs: 500 hours within 12 months
All Other Grades: 800 hours within 12 months

​Automatic enrolment: Begin your locum journey with us, and you're instantly part of the scheme.

​Hour accumulation: Each hour you work contributes towards your Loyalty Appraisal Bonus.

​Extended booking period: Your qualifying hours are banked for an additional 6 months after your scheme period ends, giving you ample time to claim your Loyalty Appraisal Bonus and schedule your appraisal when it’s due.

​Annual reset - another opportunity awaits: Each 12-month scheme period concludes with a reset, offering you a fresh opportunity in the following year to accumulate qualifying hours and reap the benefits anew.
