How the referral works
The referral process is simple and straightforward.

Your colleague registers with Anaesthetists Agency.

Your colleague works at least 30 hours in the first year.

We pay you £350 in Lifestyle vouchers.
Our referral scheme is straightforward and easy to participate in. Here's how it works:
1. Refer a Consultant colleague to Anaesthetists Agency
2. Your colleague registers with us
3. Your colleague works 30 hours in their first year
4. We'll notify by email and ask you to select a reward type
5. You'll receive £350 in your chosen rewards as a thank you
Once your referral has worked 30 hours, you will have six months to claim your bonus payment in either Amazon or Lifestyle vouchers.
