We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Anaesthetics ST 1 to join our dynamic surgical team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anaesthetic care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will work under the supervision of experienced anaesthetists, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout their surgical journey. You will assist in preoperative assessments, develop anaesthetic plans, and monitor patients during and after surgery, adapting care as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have completed your medical degree and hold a valid medical license. Previous experience in anaesthetics or critical care will be an advantage, but is not essential as we provide comprehensive training and support. A collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn are vital, as you will be participating in teaching and training sessions for junior staff and medical students.
