CPD Loyalty Scheme
It's simple - the more you work, the more you save!
When you work your first locum shift for Anaesthetists Agency you will be automatically enrolled on to the scheme, with 12 months to earn as many loyalty points as possible.
You will earn 1 loyalty point for every hour worked as a locum through Anaesthetists Agency (or any of our sister agencies – Holt Doctors and Medic International).
You can earn up to £625!

- 500 hours - £125
- 1000 hours - £250
- 1500 hours - £400
- 2000+ hours - £625
If, when your 12 months comes to an end, you've reached the above thresholds, your scheme will renew and the monetary value will be 'banked' for 6 months - you can claim this money back at any point during this 6 months. After this 6 months period, the points will expire.

- Annual appraisal
- CPD and training courses (CPD accredited), i.e. Royal college membership, ALS, BLS, conferences, seminars, workshops, e-learning courses
- GMC annual membership renewal
- Professional indemnity insurance
How do I redeem points?
You're able to claim once you reach the first threshold (500 hours).
All you need to do is provide a valid receipt for the activity you are claiming for, the equivalent cash amount will then be credited to you within 14 days. Points and their equivalent amount must be redeemed in one transaction – you can not split payments. If you are claiming for more than one CPD activity you must send your receipts together to be processed.
At the end of the 12 month period, if you have accumulated enough points to equal a cash amount, the money is banked for you to spend over the next 6 months. If you have used any points during the 12 month period, these will have been automatically deducted from the total. The scheme will automatically start again for you from the next time you work as a locum through us.
