#ClapForOurCarers

Posted on Monday 30 March 2020

Last Thursday people across the UK came together in applause, to show our appreciation for all the doctors, nurses, healthcare workers, key workers and everyone else that is working to make a positive difference to the rest of our lives during these challenging times. This was following a social media campaign of #ClapForOurCarers, which encouraged everyone to join in and make some noise for those that needed to hear it.

You just needed to search the hashtag on Twitter to see all the different ways people were making noise from their homes. Pictures, videos and messages of support flooded everywhere that evening and we’re looking forward to it happening all over again, each and every Thursday at 8pm!

Where will you be clapping from next time?
