Some documents are in PDF format and you need the latest version of Acrobat Reader to open them. Download the free Acrobat Reader software here if you do not have it. If using a MAC, please only fill in using Adobe Acrobat/Reader otherwise you risk losing the information entered.

Holt Doctors' Training Assessment
To undertake the Holt Doctors' Training Assessment which covers a variety of items required by the NHS framework guidelines in order for you to be able to work as a locum doctor, email compliance@holtdoctors.co.uk and you will be sent our training manual and multiple choice test, which you then need to complete and return to us.
